Responsibilities

Assist in estimating repair costs and preparing quotes for customers
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and address any inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure accurate and timely estimations
Learn and adhere to industry standards and guidelines for estimating and repair processes

Qualifications

Strong background in customer service
Preferably some experience in the motor trade industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license

Salary and Benefits

Up to £30k basic
Mon - Fri 08.00 - 17.00, 1 in 3 Sat 08.00 - 13.00
Full training provided
