OTE - £28,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent who will work toward becoming a Sales Negotiator for our select sales team in Norwich.

Norwich Select deal all over Norfolk & North Suffolk with properties valued at £550,000 and over. Select offer bespoke and premium marketing to our applicants/buyers alongside our branch networks across the area.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent
  • Experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
