Key Responsibilities

  • To register applicants and their property requirements.
  • To operate an applicant 'hot box’ and to maintain (as a minimum) fortnightly contact with all hot/local applicants and to update their information on Reapit accordingly.
  • Arrange viewings and to accompany applicants to vendors’ properties as required, ensuring we obtain feedback and report back to the vendors within 24 hours.
  • To provide Vendors with updates on a regular basis (in conjunction with branch colleagues) whilst recording all telephone conversations in Reapit.
  • Identify applicants for mail outs
  • Organise appointment diaries and instigate an effective reminder system.
  • Carry out general office duties to maximise departmental efficiency, including obtaining office supplies.
  • To assist in valuation follow-ups in order to win new business.
  • To assist / organise in all aspects of canvassing for new business, canvassing for instructions where possible including database marketing.
  • Complete all relevant documentation on Financial Service referrals.
  • Maintain a full and detailed knowledge of current competition and the local market ensuring you are kept informed of changes in relevant legislation.
