TRAINEE COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ADVISOR - BOURNEMOUTH - SALARY NEG (DOE)

Cowell Recruitment is seeking motivated Trainee Commercial Insurance Advisors to join our dynamic team and embark on a journey of professional growth. This role is an office based role based in Bournemouth.

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic personality with strong customer service and sales skills
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of business and commercial environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Keen on a career in insurance
• GCSE or equivalent with Maths

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the fundamentals of commercial insurance products and services
• Assessing client needs and providing appropriate coverage recommendations
• Engage in client interactions to build relationships and understand their business requirements
• Participate in training programs to develop expertise in insurance underwriting and risk management
• Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operations and client service activities
• Providing quotations on all Commercial product lines, including Commercial Insurance, with customers demands and needs.
• Working to targets and deadlines
• Any other duties required by the business
