Trainee Assistant Management Accountant / Runcorn - hybrid / Up to £30,000 + Study Support
Accountable Recruitment are proudly supporting a fantastic Runcorn based group as they search for a Junior Assistant Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.
Due to recent acquisitions, now is the perfect time to join the business.
This would suit somebody ambitious and dynamic looking for a role where you can get involved with numerous duties, functions, and projects.
Key Duties:
- Support with month end duties including Accruals, prepayments, reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with appropriate stakeholders to liaise re costs/budgets etc
- Variance analysis to projects
- Support with Transactional finance functions
- Support business units with growth and profitability
- Help the management accountant in preparing the board pack
- P+L analysis
Ideal Experience:
- Some prior experience will be necessary (Degree / PQ ACCA - AAT - CIMA / Finance experience)
- You will have some sort of Transactional knowledge
- Ambitious to progress and develop
- Curious, inquisitive and analytical
- Good Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
