Our global client based in Tewkesbury are world leaders in their industry and committed to leading the way in shaping a sustainable future. They are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accounts person to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the willingness to learn new skills and gain new experiences to kickstart a career in finance within a highly skilled supportive team!

Responsibilities:

- Resolving AP queries using Service Now system

- First approval of invoice coding

- Checking vendor bank detail changes

- Checking new vendor forms

- Assisting with month end reporting

- Weekly expense report coding checks

- Weekly stock report

- Chasing different departments to approve invoices in a timely manner

- Various ONS surveys

- Reconcile and maintain the petty cash

- Checking for Duty Deferment and PVA statements

- Monthly revenue reconciliation

- Employee concur set up requests

Attributes:

-Confident with an outgoing personality

- Strong communication skills

- Can self-motivate, prioritise and manage your own workload

- Strong attention to detail with number and problem-solving skills

Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

Salary -Negotiable depending on experience + finance study support +industry leading pension scheme + life assurance + cycle to work scheme + reduced gym membership + free on-site parking + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + company bonus scheme
