Job Title: Traffic Marshall

Location: Gravesend, United Kingdom

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Traffic Marshall to join our client's team in Gravesend. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and maintaining safety protocols on our client's construction site. As a Traffic Marshall, you will work under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Assistant Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure contractors adhere to the site safety policy regarding parking regulations.
  • Control the flow of traffic to facilitate safe and efficient entry of deliveries onto the site.
  • Secure barrier protection around the site perimeter and ensure the stability and security of hoarding and fencing.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • Traffic Marshall ticket.
  • Proven experience in traffic management and site safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
