Trade operatives

I am currently recruiting for a large housing association who require Plumbers/ Carpenters / Plasterers/  and Electricians. 

Salary- £26,464 - £37,062 (Depending on Trade, Qualifications, and Experience)

Location- Coventry

Interviews will be face to face with the hiring manager, to start ASAP. 

Position-full time, Permanent (37 hours a week) between the hours of 08:00-16:00 Monday – Thursday, 8-15:30 Friday. Out of hours rotation including weekends (including a 10pm-6am shift available for plumbers, carpenters, and electricians)

 We are currently growing and developing our existing maintenance team and are looking for experienced Trade Engineers. Our team carry out repairs on around 19,000 customer homes within the Coventry area. We are currently seeking experienced trades engineers within all trades to carry out day to day reactive repairs within our customers’ homes. Purpose is to provide homes that are a foundation for life. As a trade engineer within the reactive repairs department one of the key roles for these opportunities is to engage in high levels of customer service as well as offering your trade experience and knowledge to our wide range of diverse customers. If you feel that you can offer this type of customer focussed service, then we would love to hear from you. In housing you can make a real difference, the role of a Trade Engineer will involve: • Conducting reactive repairs within customers’ homes • Dealing with emergencies that could be a threat to life and property as well as routine maintenance. • Responding to prearranged repair appointments • To actively drive and promote a first-time fix repairs culture • Be forthcoming with new ideas and solutions to improve our service offering. As a Trade Engineer you must have: • A relevant qualification in one core trade • Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety • Driving licence • Excellent communication skills.

Van provided, and candidcate would require a basis DBS check(reed would cover this cost) .
