The firm is seeking a talented and motivated Trade Mark Attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in trademark law, but my client is open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation
• Provide strategic advice to clients on trademark protection and enforcement strategies
• Conduct trademark searches and analyses to assess availability and potential risks
• Draft and negotiate trademark-related agreements, including license agreements and coexistence agreements
• Represent clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before trademark offices

Qualifications:

• Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong academic credentials with a law degree from a reputable institution
• Experience handling trademark matters across multiple jurisdictions is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
