Summary:

Do you have some experience in the energy / utility industry? Ideally having worked with TPIs / energy brokers. If so, we are looking for a TPI Relationship Manager to join a company at the forefront of energy data collection and reporting. Your remit will be to increase customer satisfaction, retention and value through strong relationship building, customer service and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The TPI Relationship Manager’s role would suit someone with has a proven track record of managing key accounts, building strong rapport and maximising opportunities with TPIs. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing TPI’s and cross /upsell a range of products and services.
  • Build relationships with new TPI’s.
  • Maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Market analysis to identify potential target TPIs
  • Deliver consistent approach to negotiations and commission setting and their documentation
  • Establish short/medium term goals to grow key TPIs, focusing on both existing and newer services
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhancement of relationships with key TPIs
  • Establishing and maintaining a pipeline capable of delivering against the agreed targets
  • Prepare detailed commercial proposals to prospects, complete with clear business case
  • Presenting and conducting meetings with TPIs to articulate the value proposition

Key skills and experience:

  • Ability to demonstrate continued growth sales track record
  • Experience building trusted relationships with TPIs and the ability to influence decision making.
  • Understand and be able to calculate and clearly communicate various investment analysis appraisal techniques: ROI, IRR, NPV, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of customers.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills to be able to analyse financial and project related information and then write a clear and concise proposal to present to the customer.
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, responsibility, initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Flexible to work varied hours when necessary, to meet the demands of the job.
  • Complete market analysis to identify good potential target TPIs, related opportunities, general market activity and competition.

Salary: up to £40k DOE - OTE £55k + excellent benefits package
