On offer is the opportunity to be a part of a business with a wealth of knowledge in precision engineering, mould tool manufacture and injection moulding. You will be in an environment of moulding machines that are all processor-controlled and range in clamp size from 25 to 110 tonnes, with the ability to mould components weighing just fractions of a gram up to 230 grams.

Your primary responsibilities will be manufacturing and modifying tools in a modern, well-equipped toolroom.

The responsibilities:

• Use of manual milling machines, lathes, cylindrical grinders, manual and CNC spark eroders
• Manufacture and fitting of new injection mould tools
• Using hand tools such as files, hacksaws and grinders

The person:

• Experience in general toolmaking, milling, grinding and fitting
