Tool Room Technician Day Shift

Baltic recruitment are delighted to be supporting our established manufacturing client in their search for an experienced Tool Room Technician.

Key Duties:

• Builds dies and machine parts.
• Utilizing all tool & die equipment.
• Uses all safety procedures, personal protective equipment and safe work habits.
• Participates in continuous improvement and problem solving activities.
• Utilizes trigonometry, algebra, basic geometry, decimals and metrics when machining parts.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Must be time-served apprentice, HNC preferred.
• Must be able to set, operate, programme a Doosan twin-spindle lathe using Fanuc.
• Must be able to use AutoDesk FeatureCAM to programme jobs offline.

The Package:

• £38,000 per annum.
• Day shift role, Monday-Friday(37 hrs per week).
