This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy who specialise in providing their inspection and compliance services to the infrastructure and environmental industries. They are looking for an established TM44 Consultant to join their Building and Real Estate team.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carryout TM44 reports and ensure they meet strict deadlines
  • Liaise with clients and provide highly technical solutions to ensure their requirements are met
  • Work alongside colleagues across a multidisciplinary team and help deliver on major projects or corporate organisations
  • Take on short term projects and provide support on specific issues

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have a Level 4 TM44 accreditation with a minimum of 4 years' experience within a similar role
  • Ability to work well in a team and previous experience within a client facing role
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
