Timetabling & Attendance Coordinator - Higher Education Setting
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join the team in higher education setting, as a Timetabling & Attendance Coordinator.
Location: Bournemouth, UK
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid role
Salary: £30,000 to £38,000 per annum (Negotiable)
Role Overview:
As a standalone role, your primary responsibility will be the operational management of the timetabling function and attendance monitoring. Collaborating closely with the registry department, to ensure the seamless capture and monitoring of attendance and scheduled teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operational aspects of timetabling and attendance monitoring.
Work collaboratively with the registry department to ensure accurate scheduling.
Utilize timetabling software systems effectively to optimize scheduling processes.
Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Liaise with key stakeholders including registry staff, heads of school, course leaders, and students.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism and a customer-driven approach in all interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a higher education environment is essential.
Proficiency in timetabling software systems is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and prioritization abilities.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
