Theatre Healthcare Assistant / Luxury Private Hospital

Daytime Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Theatre Health Care Assistant with Hospital experience to join an operating department in a Luxury Private Hospital in Fitzrovia to deliver world-call clinical care. The Department covers a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery, ophthalmic, Gynaecology, urology, and endoscopy.

Theatre Healthcare Assistant Job Role:

• You will offer nursing, administrative and general assistance to the theatre team. They will be responsible for the cleaning of the theatre department and surrounding areas before and after clinical activities.
• Be involved in preparing the areas ready for the patients and surgeons.
• Be aware of your boundaries at work to prevent harm to the patient, understand the term, duty of care and act in the best interest of the patient/client.
• Act in such a manner as to support the patient at all times and being mindful of the need to reduce anxiety for the patient/client.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Healthcare Assistant with Operating Theatre Experience in an NHS or Private Hospital.
• Passionate about delivering a high standard of care
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
