A number of exciting new Testing Electrician vacancies has opened up with our Electrical Contracting client in London. They’re offering a clear route of progression into supervisory roles, for Electricians across South / SW London!

The successful Testing Electrician will be responsible for completing jobs in Domestic and Commercial properties across your local area of South & Southwest London. You’ll be provided a Company vehicle, test equipment (can use your own if preferred) and all materials required.

There are up to 7 positions available, so if you know anyone suitable please advise them to get in touch! Some roles will involve working with an electrician’s mate helping you with remedial work, paperwork, tidying etc. 


Responsibilities for Testing Electrician:
  • You’ll be responsible for electrical testing in both commercial and domestic properties to assess whether properties are compliant.
  • Issuing electronic certificates once testing has been completed. (EICR Report)
  • Jobs will be loaded and completed via handheld device.
  • You will also be tasked with completing Remedial works and some installations.
  • On occasion you will have an Electricians Mate helping you to complete paperwork and 1st and 2nd fixes.

Requirements for Testing Electrician:
  • Electrical qualifications (NVQ level 3, 17th Edition or 18th Edition, AM2)
  • Test and Inspection qualification (2391 / 2392 / 2393 / 2394 / 2395)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
