In this role you will take on a highly autonomous leadership position within a global company who are dedicated to developing their UK division. Looking after a close knit team of experts and working alongside well-known aerospace giants, you will have a focus on the research and development on Electrical Wiring systems for sustainable aircraft design. You will be working with managers around the world, ensuring work continues to be completed to an excellent standard. As the company continues to expand, you will be presented with fantastic routes to climb the ladder and advance your career, playing an integral role within the group.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in R&D or Test and Development as well as a strong understanding of Electrical Wiring Installation Systems, preferably from the Aerospace or Defence sectors.

* Work on test and development projects
* Lease with other points of contacts and managers around the world

The Person:
* Test and Development background
* EWIS understanding
* Previous work within an aerospace background is preferred
* Catia V5 would be an advantage
