The company
Our client specialises in both airway management and bladder measurement for the global medical device industry and is working to become the market leader in each. The role
You’ll be responsible for managing the sales strategy for our client’s Critical Care product line across North East England and Scotland by consistently achieving or over-achieving targets. This portfolio would focus on Airway-Management spending time across Theatre and ICU’s with a mixture of clinically supporting as well as prospecting new business.

You will go the extra mile to exceed patient expectations and approach all sales initiatives with a 'patient safety first’ ethos and drive this throughout the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hit and exceed targets
  • Generate a high volume of sales activity
  • Forecast your business potential
  • Learn new industry and market information
  • Engage in strategic business planning
  • Provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership


The requirements
You’ll have 2+ years of medical sales experience, as well as:

  • Degree-level educated
  • Incredible initiative and roadblocks are motivators to overcome barriers
  • You are consistently motivated in the pursuit of new business
  • Experience gained in theatre, ICU or relevant
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management
  • Passionate about medical technology to improve and save patient lives
  • Excellent clinical acumen and decision-making skills


The territory includes North East England and Scotland. The ideal candidate would be located in Newcastle/Tyne & Wear region.
