This Lettings Agency in West Hampstead are seen as one of the best in the industry, and they deliver across the board. Never settling for anything less than excellent. They have a lettings portfolio of over 1,000 properties and the peak renewal seasons can be hectic! The renewals process is one of negotiation, finding the best outcome for all parties, and doing the right thing.

Duties:

  • Approach Landlords and Tenants 3-4 months in advance allowing enough time to secure the renewal.
  • Negotiate and provide evidence to both Landlords and Tenants.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication between both parties.
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Provide exceptional support and customer service throughout the renewal process and make sure to satisfy expectations as much as possible.
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed, received, and signed in a timely manner.
  • Manage, maintain, and develop relationships with both Landlords and Tenants
  • Look for new business opportunities.
  • Complete all administrative functions to ensure the accuracy of Landlord and Tenant information.

Package

  • £35k - £40k dependant on experience
  • Mon - Fri 8.30/9 - 5.30/6
  • Hybrid working on business needs
