Our excellent client in Stonehouse is looking for a reliable individual to join their friendly team in a full-time, ongoing temporary contract expected to last 3 months. There is free parking on site.
Responsibilities:
- General administration and customer service
- Process website, phone and email orders
- Resolve enquiries
- Update company system with customer and order information
- Ensure orders processed in line with agreed timelines, liaising with third parties when necessary.
You will be joining a team of others so will have full support in your work. Previous customer service experience is key and full training will be provided, so long as you are a reliable team player that is happy to get stuck in.
Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm
Hourly rate: £11.44 - £12 per hour
