We are recruiting for a temporary grants team assistant for a social welfare charity You will need strong administrative , diary management and strong IT skills. Immediate role until the end of June.

Hybrid role 3/4 days on the office

The Role
To support the efficient and effective day to day operations of the National Grants Team
Provide administrative assistance to the Head of National Grants
Support the delivery of the four core national grant programmes and associated partnerships
Help to maintain positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and partners

The Candidate
Administration experience
Competent and comfortable using Microsoft365
Managing confidential and sensitive information
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Supporting busy and complex diary management
Experience supporting complex projects and programmes
