Temporary Customer Service Administrator
Monday – Friday 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM (You may need to support on the odd Saturday if requested)
£11.44 per hour
Starting ASAP.

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator. This role is based in East Nottingham and is temporary on going.

This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Newark, Bingham, West Bridgeford, Lowdham, Colwick and the surrounding areas.

You must be able to drive to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels
• Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM system
• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve complex issues
• Meet performance targets for quality and productivity
• Participate in training and continuous learning opportunities
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines

Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and computer skills
• Teamwork skills and collaboration with colleagues and departments
• Empathy and patience in handling complaints and difficult situations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
