A high growth Marketing firm with a strong presence in the American market, are expanding their team in their state of the art Salford offices.

As a Temporary Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial interactions with American clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit control process, ensuring the financial health and stability of our company.

**This role requires American working hours, please see below**

Monday - Thursday: 11am - 8pm
Fridays: 11am - 7pm

Role duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities as the Temporary Credit Controller

  • Debt Management: Monitor American based client accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Credit Analysis: Assess the creditworthiness of potential clients using financial data and market trends.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse detailed reports on accounts receivable and overdue payments.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating payment plans where necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve credit control processes and policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and finance departments to align credit control with overall business strategies.

Role requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably with exposure to the American market.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Characteristics: A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
