Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Dover, Kent

Salary: £13ph to £15ph

Hours: 24 hours a week - flexible days/hours!

Contract: 6 month temporary contract

Office Angels are proud to be supporting this Global company in their search for an experienced Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity offering flexible part-time hours, you can chose your days and hours to work around you! You will be based in large offices in Dover with free parking available, however it is also accessible from the local train and bus stations. Credit Control experience is essential, this is initially a 6 month temporary contract, however there could be further opportunities for the right candidate.

The duties in your new role would be:

• Chasing overdue invoices
• Requesting payments both over the phone and via email
• Assisting with customer queries
• Generating customer statements
• Sending copy invoices and statements as requested
• Account and debit reconciliation
• Supporting cash flow forecasting
• Monitoring outstanding customer balances and pro-actively follow up with the credit controller/ledger supervisor
• Assisting with cash allocations
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Other account duties as requested by your line manager

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Previous Credit Control experience - essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ideally experience using SAP and Excel
• The ability to start a new role almost immediately
