Temporary Commercial Property Paralegal
A well-regarded firm in Buckinghamshire is looking to recruit a temporary Commercial Property Paralegal to support their property team.
Starting at short notice the role will focus on supporting the fee earners with all commercial property related matters including opening files, conducting research, progressing files, and drafting completion statements.
Applications are sought from paralegals who have a minimum of 6 months commercial property / real estate experience and are familiar with a wide range of property matters. Excellent IT skills, the ability to manage your own workload and strong communication skills are also key.
The role is expected to run for 3 months but it has the potential to be extended further.
This offers a great opportunity to join a firm on a temporary basis and to develop your experience further.
