Job role: Temp Administrator / Office Assistant

Salary: £15.44 per hour

Location: North West London (St John's Wood)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 09:00 - 17:00

Contract: Temp

This person will provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Residential team. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Taking care of front-of-house duties, such as greeting and directing visitors and handling deliveries
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Taking and distribution meeting minutes
  • Copying, printing and distributing documents
  • Performing data entry, including updating records and databases
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Creating and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively deal with all the stakeholders
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • The ability to work with others and work independently
  • Good customer service skills and a friendly, polite disposition
  • Experience maintaining and managing a manager's calendar
  • Sound knowledge of computer systems and relevant software programs
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skill
