Role: Temporary Accounts Payable Officer (6 month period)

Location: New Haw

Hours: Temporary, Full-time, 37 Hours per week. Hybrid working 3 days in office.

Are you a detail-orientated accounts payable assistant with a knack for managing multiple tasks effectively? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions make a difference?

Skills and experience

  • Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-orientated mindset.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)

The Role:

  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Processing and analysing purchase invoices from suppliers.
  • Handling staff expense claims.
  • Managing committee fees.
  • Updating new supplier information.
  • Weekly payment runs.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements.
