Temporary PA / Office Administrator - Fundraising and Events - 3 month assignment - Full or Part Time Considered - Kent, ME20 - £14-£18/hour

We’re on the hunt for a highly organised PA / Office Administrator to join a prestigious national charity in their offices in Kent on a temporary basis, for approximately 2-3 months.

This is a great opportunity to utilise your extensive administrative and organisational skills in a busy assignment. In a nutshell, we’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive and meticulous, with the ability to assist with events, undertake research and provide excellent PA / administrative support.

Hours: Our client is flexible on whether this is a full or part time role depending on the suitable temps availability and skill set.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable PA / office administration experience
  • Strong IT literacy - Intermediate / Advanced MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience collating board packs is beneficial
  • Previous experience assisting with events is advantageous
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy and fast-paced workload
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to occasionally travel to events if needed (occasionally evening and weekend event work)
  • Proactive nature
  • Available imminently and able to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment (c2-3 months)
  • Ability to provide two recent references
  • Eligible to work in the UK
