TEMP GERMAN SPEAKING APPOINTMENT SETTER - GODALMING
Do you have some telesales or previous appointment setting experience? Do you have strong customer service and good organisational skills? Do you have business German speaking skills? Are you interested in some temp work for at the next month?... then this could be the role for you!
Accountabilities:
- Make contact with potential customers and qualify their criteria and needs and book appointments
- Build quality relationships with potential customers by engaging with them via the phone and supporting this by supplying supplementary information via email if required
- Develop relationships and seek to gain appointments with potential customers, preferably well in advance of a proposed review process to enable your client to build a face to face relationship with the prospect
- Develop leads that your client can follow up to help gain a meeting
- Data cleansing
- Plan your weekly activity to help prioritise the tasks that need to be completed in order to successfully achieve the objectives for that week, accurately and on time
