Jacksoon Hogg are pleased to be working with a client based in Sedgfield on the appoitnemnt of a Finance Assistant.

General finance tasks include:

  • Posting Journals
  • Chasing timesheets
  • Telephoning suppliers to confirm bank details
  • Printing invoices from finance inbox
  • Filing payment runs
  • Processing purchase ledger new supplier forms


Collating evidence for grant claim audits, including:

  • Downloading invoices - claim evidence
  • Downloading timesheets - claim evidence


Undertaking project related finance tasks, including:

  • Project inbox monitoring
  • Adding timesheet access - project inbox
  • Checking hours & redacting timesheets for claims
  • Project closure forms - part 1 & 2
  • Running defrayed reports for month end for grants

You would also be required to support other team members within the Finance department as required.
