The role

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads; present and explain the products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, proactively seeking and nurturing leads to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships both internal and externally with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating leads and improving sales techniques.
