TELESALES EXECUTIVE - HYBRID WORKING

MONDAY - THURSDAY: 08.30 - 17.15

FRIDAY: 08.30 - 15.30

£12.00 - £13.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for candidates interested in a B2B telemarketing role to fill an outbound calling position conducting Market Research.

You will be working three days per week in the office in Birmingham city centre and two days at home with a Laptop provided.

Day to Day Duties

• This role is responsible for conducting unscripted telephone appointment making and data cleansing
• Research and leading generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of clients
• Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
• Answer questions about product specifications
• Book appointments with relevant prospects
• Complete data cleansing activities
• Carry out market research into various industries
• Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups
• Accurately and efficiently enter prospect details into the company

Essential Skills

• It is essential you have previous Telesales/Outbound calling or Telemarketing experience: must be on your CV to be considered for the role
• Ability to work to targets: call volumes, conversations and leads
• Time management skills
• Client liaison and good customer service
• A team and self-motivated mentality
• Team player
• Computer literate including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
• Planning and organisational skills

Desirable Experience

If you have worked in a Customer Service role where you have had an upsell/cross sell sales target this will be beneficial

Training

Two weeks full training completed in the office before the role transfers to hybrid home working.
