Media Telesales Executive

My client a dynamic and growing organisation based in Long Eaton are expanding, they are seeking a positive, highly motivated individuals to join their team as Media Telesales Executives. Role Overview

As a Media Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling advertising opportunities within our range of healthcare information literature. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, build relationships, and secure bookings for our advertising services.

Responsibilities

  • Make Outbound Telesales Calls: Reach out to leads provided by our team and follow up on issued communications. Your goal is to persuade potential clients to purchase our advertising services.
  • Build Rapport: Speak with new and existing advertisers, establishing a positive rapport and understanding their needs.
  • Proposal Management: Discuss advertising proposals with clients and send customized proposals based on their requirements.
  • Booking Closure: Close deals by securing bookings with advertisers. You’ll be responsible for completing the necessary paperwork to process these bookings.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborate with our administrative staff to address any concerns promptly.


Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Excellent Telesales Experience: Proven success in telesales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Great Telephone Manner: Effective communication skills over the phone, building trust and rapport with clients.

• Motivation: A self-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage your workload efficiently.

• Customer Service Skills: A commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

• Advertising Sales Experience (Preferred): While not essential, past experience in advertising sales would be advantageous.

Working Hours 

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

• Compensation: Salary and benefits will be based on experience. The package includes a basic salary, bonuses, and commission. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) can exceed £30,000 per annum.
