Our client based in the Sutton Coldfield area are currently recruiting for a Telesales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties of the Telesales Administrator role include:

  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Make outbound calls to leads.
  • Manage existing clients and upsell where possible.
  • Keep in touch with prospective clients and handle any queries.
  • Build a rapport with clients.
  • Close sales and ensure clients feel supported.
  • Update the inhouse database.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly approach.
  • Be personable and professional.
  • Have previous sales experience.
  • Be able to work to and achieve targets.

This role is not a hard selling/cold calling role, it involves warm calling to customers who have already expressed an interest in the product.

Basic salary is £22,000 - £23,500 - commission achievable

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an early finish on a Friday.
