Telephone Sales Agent

Location – Houghton Regis

Salary £24,000 basic, OTE £28,000 - £32,000 (Uncapped Commission)

Hours - You'll work on a rotational basis, 5 out of 7 days, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

As a Telephone Sales Agent, you will be responsible for converting sales leads into bookings through outbound calls.

Duties

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and converting leads into bookings.
  • Working towards sales targets and achieving set KPIs.
  • Maintaining a high level of motivation and drive to excel in sales.
  • Contributing to a high-energy and exciting sales environment.
The Candidate

  • Proven experience in making outbound sales calls and converting leads.
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work on a rotational basis, including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to progress in a sales career.
