Telephone Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor £25,500 + Full CeMap Funding + Commission

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Sales Advisor who would like to sell Mortgages & Secured Loans to join a fast-growing mortgage business based at their state-of-the-art offices in Bolton. The business is well established and growing, with a leading reputation within the mortgage world for being one of the best in class.

The successful Sales Advisor will be joining a high performing sales team with hot leads provided & train to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. Alongside your team of qualified Mortgage Advisor colleagues, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment that truly rewards high performers well in terms of financial recompense and additional rewards and benefits.

As an Sales Advisor you will be responsible for conducting high quality outbound sales calls to our customers and providing regulated advice to them, focussing on appropriate outcomes. Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure our customers respond and go on to obtain the insurance product they require.

As a Sales Advisor, you will work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am & 8pm on a flexible shift basis, with 1 Saturday a month.

The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, be hard working and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment. Products will be sourced from a panel of providers.
