Do you have strong outbound cold-calling experience? Are you looking for a flexible, part-time role? We're recruiting a temporary Telesales Agent to call existing and potential business prospects and verify their contact information. 
  
Responsibilities

This is a cold-calling, fact-finding role where you will be:
  • Reaching out to companies via telephone to confirm and gather accurate contact details
  • Maintain and update the company CRM system by adding new contacts, removing duplicate records and fixing any inaccuracies
  • Helping to expand reach by identifying and contacting new companies.
Hours are 10am - 4pm with an immediate start.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for a confident communicator, you're comfortable making calls and building rapport over the phone. You'll also need to be:
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Able to work efficiently with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote environment
  • At least a little tech-savvy and able to work your way around a CRM system (training provided)
