This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business that have been refurbishing industrial and commercial roofing for over 27 years. This position would suit someone with experience working in an internal sales/calling environment.

You will need to be highly motivated, a self-starter with a natural ability to communicate. You need to be confident in yourself to build rapport and relationships with others.

You will be joining a small, friendly team of people who work together to ensure the business runs effectively and achieves its long-term goals.

What we need from you as a Telemarketing Executive:

  • A minimum of 2 years Telesales or other internal sales experience
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and how to use it to find/search for people/companies
  • Persuasive, resilient, and motivated attitude
  • A professional and confident telephone manor
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Bubbly personality, outgoing, friendly
  • Ability to make a high volume of telephone calls
  • Computer and database literate, with working knowledge of MS Office
  • A positive approach is essential along with a creative and forward thinking mind to bring fresh ideas to the table when promoting the business to new clients

What the role involves:

You are responsible for driving the business forward by introducing new clients and creating opportunities. Whether you are researching and identifying new prospects, maintaining the CRM with accurate sales information, or calling and emailing prospective clients you must provide the best customer service, it will be your drive to succeed that will be key to your success.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prospect call preparation, including company background research
  • Using LinkedIn to message/connect with people and share out any company posts, to attract more people to visit/follow the company page
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Identifying and liaising with decision makers
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails as well as responding to incoming traffic from the company website
  • Liaise with the Business Development Manager to develop sales

Salary/hours: £30,000 - £32,000 per year. Working full time Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm, with one hour for lunch each day.
