Telemarketing Executive

The Company

Thriving family-owned furniture manufacturing business that is going through substantial growth due to increasing demand for their quality bespoke products and services. Celebrity endorsed and are investing heavily in marketing to ensure continued growth with an expanding customer graphic.

What will you do?

  • Working alongside the marketing team to follow up on all inbound enquiries
  • Qualifying the lead to ensure the design consultant has the best chance to close the sale
  • Securing a design visit for potential customers with the nationwide design team
  • Contacting a customers who are known to the company and show interest

What do you need?

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role
  • CRM experience ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent telephone manner and communications skills
  • Ability to work towards and exceed targets

What’s on offer?

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am - 5pm, 4.30pm finish on Friday
  • Free parking
  • Uncapped commission based on weekly targets of appointments booked
