Our well-established client is keen to hire confident Telemarketing Executives who aren’t afraid to get stuck in! Our client is searching for immediately available candidates with excellent communication skills to join their busy and friendly team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right applicants after three months.

Based in the newly built Business Park in Frome, our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high-profile public sector business support organisations that reach out to businesses on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be working on a wide variety of client campaigns.
• Responsible for making calls.
• Generating appointments and leads.
• Sending emails to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Keeping records fully up to date.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills with a clear confident telephone manner.
• Good IT skills and to be confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Someone with a positive attitude who works well independently or in a team.
• A keen eye for detail.
• GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.
• You must be available to work for a minimum of six weeks.

Salary:
£12.00 per hour

Hours:
9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time temporary position (37.5 hours per week). You may also have the opportunity to work additional hours at busy times.
