Job Description: Telemarketing executive

Position: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+)

Hours: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)

About Us:
Join our dynamic and innovative company as we continue to grow and expand. We're seeking a Telemarketing Superstar to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of telecoms experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to potential clients (all data provided)
Book a minimum of 4-5 appointments per week for our field-based sales team
Utilise your telecoms expertise to effectively communicate our services and products to potential clients
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the telecoms industry
Proven track record in telemarketing or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
