• Job Title: Telemarketer
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 3.35pm on Friday
• Salary Guide: £12.00 to £13.00 per hour

Looking for people to start immediately, this B2B telemarketing company that partners with a superb selection of household name brands is looking to recruit ten Telemarketers to support ongoing campaigns that aim to drive sales and provide insights. These positions are offered on a temporary to permanent basis and would suit people who are confident on the phone, have a professional telephone manner and can work on their initiative.

Full training will be provided and you'll be expected to be in the Birmingham office for the first two weeks. Following this, you'll be offered hybrid working, which will see you attend the office once a month!

It’s an exciting opportunity, which will see you:

• Perform a high volume of outbound calls on behalf of the company’s clients
• Handle queries and provide excellent customer service
• Generate leads and book appointments with prospective customers
• Maintain customer records and support data cleansing activities
• Conduct regular market and competitor research
• Share insights and performance activity with Telemarketing Manager

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in telesales or telemarketing would be preferential
• Have excellent verbal skills with a strong telephone manner
• Have strong organisation and time management skills
• Be confident liaising with prospective customers
• Enjoy working towards multiple targets
