Role and responsibilities:

  • Manage the B2B process.
  • Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)
  • Work on behalf of clients to contact other businesses via telephone.
  • Book and attend sales meetings.
  • Generate leads for potential new business.
  • Ensure the database is kept up to date with business information.
  • Complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated
  • Work well within a team and as an individual
