Work Schedule: Days, 4 on and 4 off.

Connect Personnel are representing a certified recycling company and specialist waste management business that focuses on separating and recycling ferrous, non-ferrous, and precious metals. All types of mixed metals, from ferrous and non-ferrous concentrates, from end-of-life vehicles or electronic items, to shredded scrap, all the way through to waste electrical and electronic equipment. Even complex and contaminated fractions can be treated safely and securely at our modern facility. All materials are size reduced and separated into their individual parts. The result are valuable raw materials for re-use in production cycles.

Telehandler Job Description

  • Ensure baled materials are removed from the baler machine in a timely and safe manner.
  • Ensure all bales are stacked safely.
  • Load and unload any trailers or containers.
  • Empty bins of material within the plant
  • Complete paperwork and assist with quality checking.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) storage.
  • Keep inside of cab clean and tidy.
  • Clarify loads with the weighbridge.
  • Complete trailer inspection sheets
  • Must ensure that the machine is clean and suitable for the following operator.
  • Acting as the final point of contact for quality control prior to the baled product being loaded for sale.
