Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a talented and focused Technology Support Analyst to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their stunning London offices. Our client, who specialise in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, are looking for the ideal candidate to become an important member of their IT Team. Please note that this position will be working a 12pm to 8pm shift.

The general duties of the position include:

  • Judge and assess any issues users may face.
  • Maintenance of the firm's hardware through the asset management system.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Windows 10 OS and other core applications, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Provide support for other apps such as Zoom, WebEx, Skype for Business and Citrix.
  • PC troubleshooting.
  • Assist with iOS setup and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with troubleshooting AV in conference rooms.
