One of the most esteemed law firms in the industry, a global legal powerhouse which is synonymous with excellence and innovation is looking to add to their highly respected technology transactions practice in London.

This opportunity sits within a fully integrated, global team that lives and breathes the full range of transactions that affect their clients' digital and technology transactions, supporting them on their most complex and strategic cross-border projects.

In this role, you will gain experience on the full spectrum of commercial matters; outsourcing, intellectual property, data protection, commercial contracts and information technology, as well as emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain. The incredible international reach of this client means that much of the work has a cross-border element for clients coming from a broad range of sectors from financial services and e-commerce to corporate and life sciences.

What will the ideal candidate look like?

  • 2-5 years post qualification experience
  • Qualified/admitted legal practitioner in England & Wales
  • Prior experience working on a broad range of TMT/commercial matters
  • Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skills
