Are you a Technical Support Engineer/Manager from a construction, manufacturing or similar background looking for a highly autonomous and varied role as the go-to technical specialist within the business, providing technical support for all engineering related issues?

Are you looking to make your mark within a market leading construction materials company, implementing change and improving processes within a close-knit and family-feel office?

In this office-based role you will be taking charge of processes in the UK division, working closely with the other European site. You will be providing estimates and pricing, processing orders, and supporting the Commercial team and Account Managers, acting as the glue between all internal departments.

This manufacturing company supply their luxury products into the construction industry, boasting the title of the largest international brand in their specialist industry. With the UK site founded 15 years ago, they have grown organically and are looking to bolster their team with this new position.

This role would suit someone from a Technical Support background within Engineering looking to become a large part of a renowned company, in a challenging yet rewarding role where they will truly affect the future of the business.

The Role:

• Taking charge of processes and managing Technical Support
• Processing orders and providing estimates
• Liaising with all internal departments and supporting external partners
• Fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
