Technical Services Manager - Electrical - NHS - Sandwell - Salary to £60k.

Based at a large Trust in the West Midlands, you will have responsibility for Estates Engineering Maintenance and compliance.

You will support the Head of Estates and be supported by two Assistant TSM's and around 15 to 20 Engineers to deliver Hard FM & Lifecycle Services whilst delivering a high-quality and statutory compliant maintenance service. The primary responsibility will be for the technical control and management of the estates function across the Trust.

Planning and scheduling all planned preventative maintenance activities for buildings, plant and equipment using the CAFM system with consideration to statute, Regulations and Healthcare Guidance (HTM's) and review/approve any amendments made by the Assistant Technical Services Managers.

With a strong Electrical background you will become trained to take on Authorised Person responsibilities including:

  • HTM-02 Authorised Persons for Medical Gas Pipelines Systems (MGPS)
  • HTM-03 Authorised Persons for specialist Ventilations Systems
  • HTM-06-(02)(03) Authorised Persons for LV and HV
  • Authorised Persons for Mechanical Systems
  • BOAS Systems
  • ACoP L8 - Responsible Persons for Legionella
