We're seeking a dedicated Technical Services Advisor to join our dynamic team immediately.
This pivotal role involves the meticulous processing, inspection, and comprehensive reporting of warranty claims for automotive engine and chassis parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough inspections of automotive engine and chassis parts.
• Generate comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Utilise advanced measuring equipment such as CMM, Rockwell, and Vickers to ensure accurate assessments.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a technical role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilising measuring equipment like CMM, Rockwell, and Vickers.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
