Job Title - Technical Services Adviser
Salary - £28,000 per annum
Location - Maesteg, Wales
Job Type - Permanent, Full Time

Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Adviser to specialise in the fire protection industry. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner.

The Role
• Assessing incoming queries and assigning caseloads to technical engineers.
• Offering technical support via phone/email in line with required competency level on SKEB matrix.
• Maintaining appropriate records in CRM system.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Utilising KPI's to measure service level provided and customer response times.
• Assisting with recording of data.
• Undertake review into technical involvement on projects (ad-hoc).
• Compile project timelines and brief summaries of technical involvement.
• Be responsible for co-ordination of internal bespoke product ordering process.

The Person
• Experience in fire protection systems would be desirable.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment offering service and product advice.
• Demonstrable administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
